What is considered a Dragon?

As you all know, the usual depiction of a dragon is a winged, scaley, fire-breathing lizard. But, seeing as how dragons are a mythical creature, they can appear any way you feel. There are some basic kinds listed below.

Lizard-like dragons

Western dragons. They can vary in color, size, and overall apperance. The main thing is, however, that Westerns have 4 legs and 2 wings.
Drakes, who have a set of legs and are without wings. They are smaller than typical dragons, as are wyverns.
Wyverns have a set of wings and hind-legs only.

Serpent-like dragons

Eastern dragons, who have a long snakelike body and usually are without wings. They can have manes of fure and whiskers.
The Ouroboros is the serpent that eats his own tail.
The hydra, with its many heads.
Amphiptere, the Owner's personal favorite which are winged snakes.
Amphisbaena are serpents with a head on each end.
Wyrms are basically huge snakes that can use a breathing weapon.


Then there are dragon hybrids, which can be any of the above mixed with any other kind of animal or creature.
